Leah Rose Clements was born on July 7, 2010, in Orange County, California, alongside her identical twin sister, Ava Marie Clements. They are the daughters of Kevin Clements, a high school swim coach, and Jaqi Clements. The twins have an older brother named Chase Robert, who is also involved in modeling. Growing up in a supportive family environment, Leah and her siblings were encouraged to pursue their interests from a young age. ​

Leah's modeling journey began when she was just six months old, but her parents decided to pause her career to focus on family life. At the age of seven, Leah and her sister re-entered the modeling world, quickly gaining attention for their striking looks. In 2019, when their father was diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, the twins appealed to their followers to help find a bone marrow donor.
